Returns Policy

  • Timeframe for Returns: You have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us with details of the issue (including photographs, if applicable).
  • Dispatch Returns: Returned items must be dispatched within 21 days of delivery.
  • Return Costs: Returns are at the recipient's expense unless otherwise agreed or if the items are defective or damaged.
  • Restocking Fee: Orders over £200 are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed.
  • Condition for Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging. If the item is not received in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges unless an arrangement has been aggred. If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase.

  • Please quote your order reference in all correspondence.
  • Return Address: Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the returns address. Ensure your order reference is included in the package so we can identify your returned item(s).

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation Window: To request a cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Cancellation Method: Requests must be made by email or instant message, quoting your order reference.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
